- JJ Da Boss and his crew made it out to Darlington Dragway for their small tire event. I was feeling special, and decided I would try to catch on of their crew sleeping first round. Let's call out the fastest one they got on the property.....Trisha Wayne in Zip Tie...........First round, first pair.......There was some drama during the drivers meeting as I tried to get them to give the real small tire a little help........Then we may have tried to hustle the starting line a little bit, but that ended up back firing as well.......LETS GO heads up, SBC against a HEMI!

The track was good but they didn't prep for this event or while it was going. It was just left over from previous races.

JJ's arm drops are in his favor because that's what they do. They do it all the time. It's tough to go to someone's home court and beat them. That's not saying it isn't fair. But turbo John, your definitely out of your mind taking Trisha on big tires. Never mind picking Tricia on small tire at a arm drop. But you still made a heck of a pass.

Only reason 28s comes up as small because mustang owners - builders dont like to cut there finders out 29s don't fit under stock finder wells 😂back in 82 we cut fenders here in Texas put29small tires😢😅😊

I was in the first JJ race this year, got put out by The Goat (66 GTO). JJ got a fun crew, except his new addition, his daughter Wee Wee, can’t stand her. Being sassy works for the other girls, not her.

not sure how you steer that car looked like the left front tire was toed in and off camber but may just be the camera damn that car is fast John for sure are you ever going to clean all the wiring and accessories up so its easier to work on and looks better

Why not, slow car? Just now watched Trish and TJ run, that was a fair start, TJ just got out run. Very, very hard to race those car's, not sure about Zip Tie but that Hummingbird (JJ's car) is capable of getting into the 3's! You must be a young'en if you just come out and say "I wouldn't race JJ and company regardless"? Apparently you don't remember that's how people used to race on the street, and we had a lot of fun doing so! Also we didn't have all the cry babies that you see today!!!

Wow! Call'n out Trisha Wayne in her ZipTie Nova was a TOUGH call TJ. That girl has just about as many passes done as you buddy and when a guy lets hisself get sucked into a race following the Memphis JJ arm drop rules,,, well now,, that's a mean ass'd call out that's likely gonna get slammed back at 'cha. She's about as tough a call as a guy could want. We sorta knew TJ knew what was in store before he stuck up his hand and said "I'm call'n out Trish!" TJ wanted to see just how close he could be outa tha gate (they left dead even!!) at tha stripe and sho nuff he was DAMN CLOSE!
J J doesnt have a hummingbird he has a Mile or more bird. Sticks its head in the sand and you can hear it for a mile or more.

Yeah probably not the smartest move calling out Trish right out the gate! When JJ said who's the FASTEST in SC. he meant that sht! But have heard you say quite a few times this year that "you" were the problem, that it was something in the computer you missed and so on. I guess maybe just having a CSU blow through deal isn't such a bad idea perhaps!? I've never had the money to go all fuel injected or anything to hook a laptop to as far as that goes, but I've seen so many cars lose such as you did by missing something in the program, or even more so from something like a crank sensor or cam sensor, C02 sensor or their laptop just not working! A big block with a couple of 1050 dominator's on top of a tunnel ram with a boat load of nitrous sounds better to me. 👍🏻🇺🇸💪🏼✌🏻

They must sign a really good liability clause with jj and the track. Stupid stuff they do like him on back of his truck no regular track would allow that. Who knows what he gets profit from these races.
And again every car should be carburetor and no front exhaust or spindle mount front wheels and conventional heads, all the nitrous you can spray is ok. But this will turn into another Dixie pro stock in early 1980 that we did that turned into pro mod. And now pro mod npk, which very few can afford

Everyone talks bad about jj but if you think about all noprep has made uo rules like a flash light, or instant green you jumped before the green light!! Its stupid just run the normal protree and timing system so no one can bicth.. now days no tracks scrap for no preo because it kills the track.. same with npk tracks

Some one send me the rules and I’m there with a freaking shitpile of nitrous and a few spare engines if I need them. But I’ll be in mufflers and a real car. Some one send me the rules. I watched one episode of this drag racing drama and there was this loudmouth clown called reaper on there who was running his mouth and you could tell it was scripted and I never watched another episode.
It would have been a better race if jj's girl wasn't cheating...and for it to be a small tire and a single turbo car that was a fast 60'foot...
