In any case, they have enough of an academic profile to be in consideration for a B1G invite. All that though is less relevant to Utah's case when brand, market, national viewership, etc. are the real criterias. They could get a look IF the P2 does consider to expand to 48.
Great medical school, no denying that.
Based on how Brett Yormark is working and the increased revenues per school, a school may wish they had not moved on to the SEC or Big 10.
Nope, only schools with no shot of getting promoted say silly things like that. You must be a fan of TSPP haha!
What is TSPP? @@richaustin5849
Curious... What can BY do that would be unique and effective that the other conferences can't replicate?
Honestly, it was Bowlsby that saved the BIG12 by getting the members to abandon their dreams of invites from the other then P5s and backfill. BY could only prepare for the possible PAC incompetence and the resulting refugees, which came to fruition. Nothing BY did caused that PAC incompetence, and the BIG12 would be roughly the same either way. (The PAC scatter did put the BIG12 further behind the SEC/B1G.)
@@richaustin5849 I am a fan of many schools in the Big 12. I do not like any schools in the Big 10 or the SEC. Did you want to guess again?
@@tarheel7406 Innovation and Disruption is the Key! The Big 12 - Mexico is gearing up with a focus on religious audiences due to the members of Baylor and BYU. The parity of the Big 12 is a strategic advantage in that nobody knows who is going to win the conference from year to year. The fan base of religious affiliation is much stronger than any state school in the SEC or the Big 10 can compete with. Sure, Notre Dame is a powerhouse because of the capital from its religious affiliation. But, then Duke which is also owned by the Catholic church would be in competition with Notre Dame for the Catholic audience. Now, the Big 12 is working on international partners especially with ESPN International (different than ESPN, Inc.) to expand internationally with access to athletes and fans worldwide. So, the data analytics becomes more complicated for 247 Sports for recruiting because their data is based on United States coverage only and not on the international markets.
Utah has never and will never be big brother. They are little brother to BYU 100%. They just happen to be the little brother that matured to be bigger faster and stronger lol.
So that makes them... big brother now. 😂
I can only imagine how bad it sucks being a fan of your program that’s been irrelevant for 40 years. I guess it’s all you guys know at this point. I realize y’all are desperate for attention, especially when everyone only wants to talk about Utah. How pathetic the life of a TSPP fan…just awful.
@richaustin5849 who won the last matchup again? Keep laughing because once Whit retires your team will experience a significant downturn much like BYU post Lavell.
@danlower7834 Once little brother always little brother. It must hurt to have a better football product and still have to live with the fact that Utah will never have the following that BYU has.
@@ThereelBR It's like you don't know how time works? 1892 was Utah Football's first year. When did byu start, 1930 or something?
Hope Arizona goes to the Big 10, worthy school
The BIG actually had its eye on Arizona when Oregon, WU joined.
think stanford and cal may go big after travel in acc crazy1
