Can we use this ADC in single ended mode? Or only differential mode like In weighing scale? I mean to say can we use A+ A- B+ B- as 4 Analog input channel?? To read positive Voltages??

Sir code sharing is possible professionally only. But you can do itself. Just read ADC according to datasheet. Some scaling is required for high voltage and current. Remember it voltage range +-20,+-40,+-80mV for 128,64,32 Gain.
