We haven't test fit these in a 4runner ourselves yet, but after referring to OEM seat structure models, both trucks seats are different, and the kit most likely won't bolt up flawlessly. We wouldn't recommend giving it a shot, but please send Matt an email at support@builtrightind.com to let us know you'd be interested in a seat back MOLLE kit for the 5th gen 4runner when we make one!
