Thanks for showing this - I am used to Axure where it is very obvious how to do this and I found it quite difficult to find this feature in figma.

since changing from XD to Figma for work not having states has been my biggest dislike. But now it's here it's a game changer, i thinking to create a page component WITH Various page states

Hi! I have the same problem: the interactive Components are not working when I protoyping and I signed in yesterday to get access to beta but no answer...

Make sure you have ticked off the 'Enable interactive components' in the 'Prototype' tab

There is no way to export animations and interaction. But, you may share your prototype.
