I don't know why everyone is criticizing her mixture of urdu and English. We all do in our daily life mix english in our languages. Not a big deal.

Guys focus on her words she is a very wise lady. she's thankful for everything that has come her way. Her father didn't talk to her imagine how she feels maybe that's why she's so thin don't be so quick to judge someone. And speaking of her English well firstly she is Pakistani she doesn't need to know English and secondly at least she is trying.
People are praising shehryaar for his talking skills. Bruh judge them for their work. Everyone knows maya is a good actress, much better than shehryaar. And our films are not made in english.

Idk but the host always tries to pinpoint how much of gender discrimination female actresses face and even if they are strong today they must be feeling weak just cuz they’re in Pakistan. Honey female discrimination is not only here in this industry but all around the world. He’s coming from an outsiders mindset in view of Pakistani women facing patriarchy 24/7. Which is not wrong but totally right. But lemme tell you a woman can be successful professionally and appreciated far more in the same society of Pak. His questions are always centred so differently between male and female actors and it’s kinda off for me. For females he always asks from the views of the haters and judgmentals on social media and their family members. Not more about the actresses own vision, thoughts and views based on their work and roles.

Maya Ali is trying too hard to sound and look graceful and wise but is ending up making a fool of herself. She used to be a smart person god knows what happened. Shehryar on the other hand is brilliant. Knows what he's saying and is being original. Made up for the torture of the first half of the interview.
