    It’s okay to explore and just live life. I have land and a garden in Michigan but I’m going to live in Big Bear CA for a couple years and Michigan will wait.

      I agree! Very cool I spent a winter up in Big Bear in my 20s it was a blast snowboarding all the time. Beautiful area of California. Hope it's a nice time there for you.

      Thanks for sticking with me all these years! I've done some consulting over the years but I'm pausing it while I'm abroad because the time difference is difficult.

    You’re an extraordinary engineer. You are extremely successful in your endeavors. I’ve sensed your change possibly due to being exhausted as you’re a one man operation in a large task homesteading world.
    I think you will come to appreciate your homesteading more but your desire to travel, take a break is really understandable. Many blessings to you. Your spiritual journey through Jesus Christ overshadows anything we do or become so I respect that quest. I live in Utah and yes I’ve mean a missionary in Japan for my church when I was younger for 2 years and it was the greatest time of my single life. Stay safe

    Id like to hear more about what was bothering you and making you unhappy.
    Why did you think homesteading would make you happy?
    What about it was not fulfilling or solving the problem?

      I still love farming, homesteading, and growing food that hasn't changed but my wife and I really needed to get back to Asia for a lot of reasons and it's a great opportunity for me to create content I'm excited about making. This is my full explanation though, ua-cam.com/video/dyrEhukPdWY/v-deo.html

    • @AberrantArt
      @AberrantArt 2 місяці тому +2

      @NaturesAlwaysRight I watched most of the video you linked. I feel very similar about almost everything you said about globalism, life, and so much of it is very relatable. I even thought myself, that I should do the same thing. Get a homestead and be self sufficient incase stuff hits the fan or just to be less fearful of societal collapse.

      fruit sourced citric acid powder.. used in gummy bears and many baking recipes.. 1to 2tbsp a gallon should give enough pH drop to spray and see it drop.
