What I like about RM's music is that i really need to think and delve into the meaning of the text and video. And I always can find something important to me.
This is TRULY a testament to ARMY success. Since chapter 2 the members can all do whatever they want, charts be damned - they aren’t truly representative of greatness, ones creativeness and ability to grow/evolve as artists are. He’s truly evoking INDIE GRUNGE RAP ALTERNATIVE here and we are here for it
The music style/genre is 1980s-early 90s - "Miami Bass" beat. This song is really awesome (again like the others)--- with its homage to retro sounds in a present-day mode. They use the dance moves from that era throughout in the video! YES!

*RM* is just a genius, the video is weird but the underlining message of the video and the song are brilliant. *NEW JEANS* have only been around a year but are absolute legends already. I'm really hoping their creativity and music isn't affected to much by the war between their company ADOR and the parent company HYBE. NEW JEANS just needs to be NEW JEANS and we love them.
I hope the NJ girls are unaffected by Min Hee-Jin's degeneracy but it's difficult to say what the future holds for them now. I really hope HYBE doesn't put NJ in the dungeons with fromis_9

Being a Brit im surprised you didn't recognise it :O maybe a bit before your time.. it was late 90s early 2000s you might have heard of artful dodger or craig david.. they were the type of uk garage newjeans are.

But when you look at the title of the album (Right place, wrong person), RM always said that if he would not be an artist, he would have an office job as a businessman. And maybe he says that he's contemplating if that's his future but everything draws him back to wanting to perform (you see him in front of and behind the camera). So it's the right place for him but he's the wrong person to do it. It was something like that...
Love the new RM album and the MMM(Mini & Moni Music) with RM and Jimin is so touching… makes me appreciate the album even more. The Lost video give me such « Apple TV 2022 Severance » vibe … if you want to see what this concept might look like it’s such a good TV show… Also have you see that XG release « Woke Up » video…. Just out of this world… 🐺
