low-sensi-forearm aim is slower than high-sensi-wrist aim
This is a prefire to default position, note that he shot twice to that point, as he had the info.

I’m completely new to flick shooting and I’m looking at this and basically saying to myself so all someone has to do is shoot within the vicinity and they get the kill??? Wtf is that?
No, flicks are mostly about timing and muscle memory. But before you practice fast flicking, you should practice smooth flicking which is slowly aiming into a target in one motion. This way you build muscle memory of how does the visual stimuli relate to the position of your mouse in the mousepad. After a while, you'll know ur mouse movements so well you'll naturally just flick.
