Hi Rattzi! Great question! Personally, I don't mind it, as college is a great place to socialize and have a good time. I'm not a big talker and I don't drink or anything, so it's really not my jam. But there are plenty of events to go to and meet new people, and you will always find plenty of introverts/non party people to spend time with if partying isn't your thing!
