I forgot to mention, but Jurin snowboarding is so her, like I always see her so cool and it perfectly matches

To watch this and see Hikaru, and for her not to make the final lineup, despite her showing absolute charisma and talent (#1 Japan group)on Girls Planet...makes you respect just how good the individual members of XG are. Juria going from Next Group (lowest tier) to 00 Group (Idol) my gosh! And Hinata, so quiet, but even from the beginning, 02 group, higher than Jurin blows my mind. Cocona with that voice at 11 years old. It's a survival show already.

The girls need VERY thick skin to survive the industry and the amount of hate they already get in S.Korea from a lot of netizens. He's is helping them develop the fortitude that is needed. The world will chew you up and spit you out if you are not properly equipped for it mentally

simon's idea of needing to have strong willed candidates as well as skilled actually translates to many other industries. for work we hire not really based on skill but on personality and motivation. skills can be learned but that drive to be better, best, never give up, it's much harder.
Much respect to Rino for being the spokesperson tho, i was expecting an older girl to speak up.

getting someone softer as you say in this environment with them would only be counterproductive and make them suffer more, they'd lose their competitive edge too and become complacent to improve if that makes sense, since they don't have all the time in the world as they might've mentioned

It's hard to watch this kind of documentary but very interesting on how they build The X-Galaxy (XGALX) The girls Put a lot of work and effort on this training and also to those who didn't make it but still it's a great experience for those trainies to step forward for next future ,
I see those Tears and BreathCatching moment of every trainies and members
Thank you for reacting this documentary I hope you will continue reacting on XG ☺️

I think that Simon did a great job. He was there to be harsh when he needed to but also empathic at some moments for example here 16:41 when he says that 4 members are going to korea, but in not a single moment he points WHO, this shows how caring he is not to make them go against each other or to put even more pressure in others and here at 26:48 if it was somebody else, it'll propably just leave the girl alone, but he was there conforting her.
They were there claiming to be a dream, so it's better to have a taste of these hardships at that moment than later on because life is even harder, this is what parents do. I know a few people who've tried to educate their children in a softer way and they've grown into insecure adults who couldn't even handle simple critics without shaking or crying while the ones who've had rigid parents became the most successfull ones.
Sorry the long text 🤣 loved your reaction, thank you for the video!

They are crying during that groove practice cause they see it as a routine.. To have groove is to enjoy and feel the music..

No. It's supposed to be an exercise and it's literally the hardest exercise you can do without stopping
I did it multiple times and the leg and back pain I felt after just 7 minutes was very harsh

    • @badboyonibaku

@@アキコ2003 I agree, it's an exercise.. I've been doing that shit too everyday back when i was a dancer but it's still a foundation of dance and to groove is to enjoy and feel the music. Having strong dance foundations can make your dance more sharp and flowy.
What i am saying is that, they see it as a routine when they should've enjoyed it.. I don't blame them either cause they are kids. Their dance teachers should've taught them that. They should've hired Buddha Stretch as their Hip-hop dance teacher.

XG is a Japanese global group and is not KPOP at all ( even Simon their producer mentioned that they do not belong to KPOP/JPOP). Japanese/Korean music critics and experts also classify XG is not KPOP at all. XG being handled by Japanese entertainment conglomerate Avex, and two, all of their members are Japanese promoting in Korea and Japan. XGALX, a subsidiary/labeled of Avex Japanese Entertainment Company and is headed by DMTN’s Simon the CEO/Producer. Love they're genre to be 'X-Pop" Japanese girl group.
