The scene when Sheldon filmed a video to his crazy future self never gets old and gets me every time. I laugh every time Sheldon says “ he’s drinking it” and when Leonard said “ just stop this is ridiculous.”
I would love to see a compilation video of all the nurse scenes. (Pilot episode, Howard's robot hand, Leonard's surgery, Howard's peanut allergy, etc).

1. I speculate, as Sheldon would, that Howard is behind convincing Leonard to bring the sofa into the apartment. Leonard would never defy Sheldon.
2. Howard took the real initiatives in approaching Penny, ultimately making Leonard not only a better option but also giving Leonard confidence to approach her.
3. Sheldon does, I deduce name him "my value associate" I think, because Howard challenges him. Howard is the first to do any real discovery.
4. Howard is the reason Sheldon' got on the path the Nobel Prize. It's Howard's hook ups in NASA. It's Howard's hook up of the gyro with the army. It's Howard's path that kept Sheldon on a voyage. and

11yr old Sheldon may have created this scenario in his head to make going off to University at such a young age, seem more like an adventure he could really enjoy (secretly). And, now he would like to see it acted out in a play.

The relationship contract serves Sheldon and Amy fine because both Sheldon and Amy were asexual with relationship oddity,In contrast, Leonard and Penny have a normal relationship and really didn't need a contract.

Because if it were UC Berkeley, Bernadette wouldn't have had worked at a Cheesecake Factory in Pasadena where Caltech locates before she obtained her doctorate degree.
