I would say "Stiles' dad/sheriff Stilinski/ Dad" because that is all I heard. So we got a whole family name reveal almost basically this season.

I have but one complaint, if you can call it that: in the episodes dedicated to Marie-Jeanne and Sebastian, there was quite a good amount of lines spoken in French. But now, all the German guys just use a funny accent, as in "'Allo 'Allo!".
