Greetings my down under friend. We are taking a stay the heck out of the heat break. It's really hot in N O right now 97 degrees Fahrenheit. So it's AC time before we go out and get inebriated.

@@Ms.JingleBerries in the last 5 years I've had three spots of skin cancer cut off. Growing up in Southern California I was always in the Sun. It eventually catches up with you. So if I could give you any word of advice protect your skin.

Weight, diabetes, tooth decay and it's just not good for ones health.
I don't think that it's a problem, so long as it is all consumed in moderation. I don't obsess over what I eat, and it saves me a lot of stress.
