My remote won’t update

Have you had any issues with this unit? I’m looking at the Ulterra 112 saltwater. Just hesitate on dropping 3k for one

I love it. Only issue I've had was the remote battery died in the first three months. Called minnkota and they shipped a replacement battery immediately. Been fine since. Basically I'd seen this trolling motor on a charter we took and was so impressed I bought the boat so I could have the trolling motor. Lol.
