Why is BH valued at over $800B while the value of assets under management are under $400B. I don't understand why it is way more valuable than the companies it actually makes money from given it doesn't make any money has a company on its own
A business is valued for its future ability to make more money
it's actually worth 3-4x that number in "invested" dollars
This is really basic content. Cnbc is dieing
It's a little company
Why are you being smug as if you own BH? 😂
Why does CNBC hire these Didn’t earn it people. No credibility.
Very informative
Hero worship is never healthy. He has been successful, but prior success is no indication of future success. Most investment companies that research the companies they invest in are typically successful long-term. I think when people get a golden goose designation, people get disillusioned.
I personally think those who build successful businesses are more impressive than those who invest in successful businesses. It's the builders that make this country grow.
