We were taught that it's best to try a disarm only after you have done some real damage to an opponent. Break a hand, get a knock out, then try a disarm. Not something you want to do in friendly sparring.

Would of liked to see some of the disarms performed in the second part of the video in the first part with the full contact sparring.
