(Dear video editors: Give me one main camera view for 50% or more of the time. Then sprinkle in other cameras once in a while. Just because you have 12+ angles doesn’t mean jumping from one to another every few seconds is good. It’s artificially stressful to watch.)
Hey Alan, sorry, it’s not 1985 anymore. We only had 6 cameras in total, and needed to tell the story with the music in the edit the best way we could.
Dynamic editing is essential for this project, or we lose the audience’s attention. Static is fine, but doesn’t tell the story.

Dynamic editing is a great thing. Editing in a way that the watcher cannot follow, cannot maintain orientation in space and time, is less great. I felt such disorientation in this video.

This is a great high tech version of the video. Check out some of the audience vids of this event for a more handheld view. Having seen both, I can more appreciate the multiple layers of this event.

I'm amazed and confused. I get how the simultaneous effects were done, but how did you create that wave effect? Does every car know where it is and can adjust the timing or did you have multiple different programs. HOW?! 😄

How do you syncronise all cars, software on usb stick?
Internal clock and a file uploaded to the SW by USB.
The Finnish really loves their a Tesla ! What software or equipment is controlling the signals to the cars?
The cars are controlling the show. Not external SW. Each driver controls when the show starts. They also upload the file for the show that is specifically for the event.
We had a radios station keep everyone informed what they should do, and when they should do it.

Finland has one the best EV charging networks in the world. We don’t queue.

Could you hear actually the same music in real life as we heard through this video? Because I know Tesla has built in speakers on the outside, so i'm really wondering, because that would be sick as well for all the people out there!!!
Yes, Tesla’s have speakers on the outside. This is good for music, speaking to people from the app, and making the car fart.
