One reason why so many people get on a plane and get away from all this! I have a week off work for decorating and shampooing the carpets. I have had to turn the heating on to get everything dry! My cat is sleeping with me, something she normally only does in winter.

It really felt cold yesterday evening when I was coming back home. Clear, clean, cold arctic air kind of reminds me of early June 1991. Wasn't alive in 1975, but that would've been quite something to experience.

As a 55 year old i notice tremendous change in weather patterns ,as a child we'd get huge icicles in wintertime and i haven't seen icicles in decade's 😅 ,when we had 6 weeks off school in the summer it could be sunny for all 6 weeks ,now its 3 or 4 days of sun if you're lucky then a thunderstorm 😅 🇬🇧🙏👍

the artic air finally made its way down,6 months too late, at the start of summer, you couldnt script this atrocious trash of a climate we have. 2- 7 degree minimums tonight on some of the shortest nights of the year. absolute garbadge.

Yes we have miserable summers. Thats for sure. Personally I think we will have a very cool wet summer, with just a few fleeting days of warmth in the South East of the UK.
