Therefore, the most we can do is affirm what the Prophet صلي الله عليه وسلم said, that they will be in the Hellfire, and that if they are aggressive they should be killed. However, their innovations make them deviants and not kuffaar.
It is not the takfir wich returns to the person but the sin of cursing or offending the person. So when someone makes takfir and the takfir was injust then the person gets the sin of the one who cursed or offended another person.
