Hey Ken, meant to ask this question during the livestream, but you've done a few videos on Bella Collina. What's your take on the community now, after the change in ownership and previous lawsuits, etc. I'm considering building there or buying in Lake Nona, and most people I've spoken to are advising against Bella Collina. Would love to hear your take on this. Thanks.

Lol. Don’t go into Bella Collina. It’s a trap. That’s why it’s been more than 18 years and the occupation is still very low.
Is this the same development that is unfinished and the home owners are suing the developers and owners?
You should check out the neighborhood. It’s unfinished in the way that theres still a few hundred lots to build on. But the clubhouse and amenities are some of the best I’ve seen. The fact the recession didn’t destroy this development is shocking actually.

Lol no way . What he doesn’t tell you is they can’t sell the homes or lots this place is so out of the way no one wants to live there. My realtor said no way , if we buy he won’t be able to re sell it
