If Tariq is going to grow as a character, he can’t hang on to people like Effie that crossed him time and time again, and even shot at him and slept with his opps. He is not some simp that’s going to be following Effie around to different states. SMH. Effie is gone this season.

Tariq could get a new spinoff in California since Tommy was suppose to get a spinoff with Rodolfo as his connect.
Honestly, Force needs to be dropped. That's how Starz/Lionsgate can save some money lol. The storylines are terrible, acting isn't much better either. I love Tommy as a character but being the main lead, nah. I've felt this from S1E1 of Force.
If Tariq and Braden go to Force, to me, it's a last ditch cry to help that show. Plus, Force is behind the eight ball in the timeline. Everything in Force has been a reaction to Ghost after the fact. I'm sure in the next season of Force we'll see how Kate informed Tommy, who also informed 2Bit whom in turn gave Tariq the letter from Saxe etc.
If there is a spinoff centered around Tariq and Braden, it'll be just about them and their new found position of power. All of the players will be gone and there will be new names and faces circling the block.
At some point, they have to trim the fat from the connections to the original series.
I believe Tariq’s spinoff will be just like his fathers but since truth is in New York he would have to stay in New York but you is right whoever riq chooses or stays with at the end he will be with that girl and I believe it’s Diana I been believed that Diana was Tariq’s Tasha since the first time they showed her on screen , Diana will help Tariq set somebody up and the spinoff would start , maybe it would be called “Truth” !

I like the idea of seeing a spinoff of Tariq. I'm trusting we would see his character develop. Not sure I want him following in his father's footsteps with the women from his past though.

Would be wild if ghost been in a spot like Atlanta , same place he told lakeisha to leave with kash , same place Omari from which can make it the same way Joseph (tommy) is in Chicago where he’s actually from

Nah, trying to turn Tariq into Ghost is corny. Repeating the original series by making Diana into Tasha & Lauren into Angela is ridiculous. We’ve already seen that. Diana needs to go & so does Effie! Moving to Cali is going to cost more money & change the landscape of Power Universe. NY should remain the back drop. I don’t wanna see beaches and palm trees. NY is rough, cold & gritty. It makes for better optics. They need to quit while they’re ahead & stop dragging us thru all these spin offs. As much as I like the Riq character, it needs to end. Give us Power Origins, bring Ghost & Tommy back together & let it go.
Yeah if they heading that way with similarities of the og power script instead of a new and unique one they just need to stop at season 4.
I think the only way they should continue with Tariq and Tommy is if Ghost is alive and it’s with all 3 of them … BUT it makes zero sense for Ghost to get back in the game since he already made it out , that would literally be the dumbest thing he would have ever done …but to be honest it’s time to End the Story of Tommy and Tariq , we been following them way to damn long time to wrap it up and follow some one like Diamond or Cane

I think Tommy and diamond will take out Miguel in the final season of force and completely take over Chicago then they look to expand going to cali.. Tariq and Brayden on the other hand will escape to cali running into Tommy and diamond
Power Book 2 Ghost was the story of college Tariq , Power Book 5 Truth , could be about Tariq running the club
Why Tommy why not his nephew and nephew day one . If those two plus cash plus riq and brayden that’s a crew right there and any surviving characters of power characters turning into plugs like Cristóbal

Nobody really believes a college kid can be the drug kingpin of New York, that's not realistic. Nor a white boy, no matter how bad could control all the gangs of Chicago. These spin-offs are badly written. Let them die out and bring back the star of Power...Ghost,.Cali would be a nice setting for a reunion of Tariq, Tommy, and Ghost.
Tariq will eventually have to grow up... Everything in Power Book 2 has been a prequel to Tariq's rise...
why would they do the same story as in the original power makes no sense Ghost and Tariq are two different people with different paths in life(upbringings) even if they made the same choices the outcome would be the same but how they get their would be different.

The power universe ain't welcoming no new baby.. I think Diana is pregnant with Tariqs child.. I think Detective Carter will shoot Diana in front of Drew.. Drew won't do much to help Diana, I See this going down in Episode 6 and Diana and her unborn child dying in episode 7 in September.. Drew will earn his death, Tariq and Brayden will kill Detective Carter in a similar way like how ghost and Tommy killed Lobos..
