Hi Anna. A little more than two years from now I was watching vids of "teachers" (all of them old wise men, btw) and yt show me as an option among them one of yours. I didn't know you, neither what non-duality was. I thought it was a mistake of the algorithim... but somehow, out of curiosity may be, I clicked on it. As I thought it was a mistake and you didn't "fit" into my minset of a mistical teacher, haha, I was totally undefended. Just on a few seconds I realize, oh this is for real!! Then I realize that I had 1 o 2 seconds to close the vid, there was not way back, and I just breath... and witness how all the structure of my mind was gently vanishing into a beautiful nothing (of course all the "I" and "my" are just languages whims). I watch 3 more of your videos on a row. And close my laptop. I can't remember which videos were, or what day was, or were I was. And it took me some months to began to speak about that. Now it is a joy to speak to the people that ask. And I live in a natural and organic way since then, no more complaining with what it IS, haha. No more narrator. Everything is way more simple (too simple for the mind).... is breathing, and embracing the wonderful Mistery of not knowing who am I. Of course there are all sort or emotions, feelings and even neurosis that comes and goes, never rejected but embraced as friends while they stay. Anyway, living in the beautiful Nothing is a joy, which your beautiful and powerful energy triggered, and for that I am always so so grateful. Every vid you post is like music to "my" ears. Love .
Same happened to me! All the teachers from India couldn’t touch me as deep as Anna. Yes, I had moments of Nothingness but Anna explained IT way better, so the Logic could grasp IT too. 30 years of seeking came to an end and all kind of tensions related to that and societies must do just fell off. The body relaxed, old problems of it disappeared 🙏🙏🙏Thank Anna for THAT

Isn't fear a part of this? Every so often there arrives a sense of totality, and its like "ooohhh sh*ttt", overwhelm and I want to say terror. But it revolves so slowly that there's no easing into to it as one would a hot bath. It's Bam! Nope? OK.... Bam! This time? And so it goes :)
Like when I was a child, playing, smelling, hearing "as is", with no markings nor judgements. That's why children are so beautiful, because they are clean, untill.... most parents learn them how to judge and cause expectation minded thinking instead of just let the child, let anyone just BE. When there is a funeral people most of the time treat each other with high respect but after a while this respect decreases as their learnt non-spaciousness kicks back in. BE and let us BE

Dear sibling souls, This short message aims to reconcile the philosophy of ultimate oneness of the absolute truth and the philosophy of duality of the individual souls with God held by most religions. The philosophy of non-duality which realises the oneness of spirit or consciousness is truth, but a relative truth. Non-duality or AdvaitaVedanta is a negation of the material duality. It is admitted that the living consciousness in the different material bodies are one in quality, but they are undoubtedly different in identity. Just like the waves of an ocean, they all emanate from the same source and are all made of the same water, therefore the waves on the ocean are all one in a sense. Yet they are not one. Each wave has its own identity, shape and potency. If we are all one and identical then why is someone a king and the other a servant? Each soul is a finite spark amongst the infinite number of soul sparks. One in quality with the rest of its sibling sparks, but nevertheless separate in identity. To the eyes of a partially realised seeker, the unification of all the soul sparks appears as a collective one, and that oneness feels like the absolute truth. The homogeneous effulgence composed of the infinite number of living sparks is the impersonal feature of God which appears non dual in nature. For example, the sun rays is made up of millions of tiny shining molecules which appear as a homogeneous effulgence yet the tiny molecules remain individuals. no individual being can claim to be the creator. Even If every living being were gathered in a room we can’t all agree together that we as a collective whole have created the material world or organised the cycles of nature. Therefore there must be something transcendent to all the living beings combined which has created everything. That is God. God means supreme creator, Creation means brain, and brain means person. therefore the creator must be a sentient person, transcendental and superior to all living entities in the creation. The creator cannot be impersonal or void. The Inert Material manifestation and the cycles of material nature are caused and organised by the supreme being through his spiritual energy. This is the infinite all pervading aspect of God through which he is present everywhere. There is nothing but God, but still everything is not God personally, everything is his energy. (Matter develops from spirit, e.g the body of a child grows because the living spark is present, if the child is born dead the body never grows) The living sparks are one in quality with God but vastly different in might and potency. Just as the finite waves in the ocean are qualitatively one with the vast ocean while also being simultaneously different from the ocean itself in power and supremacy. Hope this has provided some clarity as to this nature of non-duality and whether The source of creation is a sentient being or an impersonal void.
