And the lore for Enies lobby is interesting in the card game, although its a government location and the entryway to it, its primarily the base of CP9 more so then a navy/gov. Base

As a Rebecca player, it hurts me so much that the 8c Sabo is not Dressrosa lol
Also, I like to use a couple of the 5c Finger Pistol event in the CP0 deck
Are you not more upset the 7c blue event that happened once innthe middle of dressrosa isn't dressrosa
@@kobiiscoolerthanyou7877 that… hadn’t crossed my mind, maybe due to the effect that there are 0 blue dressrosa cards atm (which is a whole disappointment in itself)
however, other than kid sabo in st13, and the red ones, the other sabos had dressrosa as a type, yet this black sabo did not
it would have been great as another boss char for the deck

Its small but meta relevant, but the black luffy also turns off 7c enels. It makes enels get way less utility out of a tool that was supposed to help enel keep a unit up.

I feel like 10c Sec Kaido is less of a Win More kind of card and more like a Win Secured kind of card. Yes if you have to play it when you are behind it isn't good. You are likely going to lose regardless in that scenario. But if you are even or have the advantage already then it makes it that much more difficult for your opponent to catch up. Not that I would play it but I see why others would.
I do like the stussy though, maybe -1 ennies and -1 kaku for the sabo's as thats what youre trying to ko anyways without the bottom decking 3 CP cards

Hi, thanks for the video, great content. I wanted to ask you for someone who would like to start playing now, do you recommend buying the base of this deck? Will it be playable in the upcoming meta? thanks
I believe so, many people (myself included) are really anticipating August 12th, because there will be a bans and restricted list update. Everything will really depend on what happens there. If Gecko Moria is restricted or banned or something it could hurt Lucci, but otherwise the Leader will be strong for a while. So unfortunately I can not say that I'm 100% sure on that answer, at least for another 6 days.
How do you upload decks?

@@Vvulfrik yeah. i just downloaded the simulator a week ago and i only have a few options for decks. I dont know how to load more in.
@@travislehenbauer4472 You have to build decks in the Deck Editor and then you can save them so that you can play them on the Sim
Step by step:
1. Go to Deck Editor
2. Click on the Colors you want in the deck
3. Add your Leader and then the other 50 cards
4. Save the deck by choosing a name to Save it under
5. Go to Multiplayer
6. Click on Western or Easter for whatever your deck is legal in
7. Select your deck on the top Left
8. You can "Host Public Game" or even "Quick Join"
9. Wait for the sim to match you up with someone.
Every now and then if it takes too long to join a match (like longer than 2 minutes) I would "X" out of the program and restart it to try again.

My guess is that that is the reason why one of the decklists he showed in the beginning had a playset of the 6c Brook, to help deal with that

Man I've gotta stop seeing your videos, you make want to play avery damn leader. Jokes aside Lucci is my main, he was my first deck and I've been waiting ages for a viable Lucci, so I am pumped for op07 for sure.

Might have to tech in the Brook and/or Luffy that trashes cards for removal and maybe even Issho to help attack the hand.
