Exterior Panels are rusting. Water damage starting the top floor all the way down to the garage level. Mold is likely present inside the drywall. House needs a lot of work. Seller disclosure statement (Form 17) is not true. Listing agent is unethical. Seller and listing agent tries to hide all these issues. We put an offer on this property and backed out a day after mutual acceptance because of all the issues. There is no air conditioning. House gets very warm during spring and summer months. Views are definitely Incredible.
