Wow! This is ALW - traduit en francais! I shall have to see "les paroles" in print, before I can say that I like: "la traduction". But this must be the only time in history that MM ends on a SOFT note. I don't think she is comfortable doing so. And I am sure this is not why the audience throws things at her, at the end. Moreover, @2:25, (- is this when "the bridge" starts?), she has to sing very low notes, which are definitely outside her "comfort zone". Mind you, my favourite singer in all the world (Helene Fischer) struggles a bit, in the same place - but she does manage more or less successfully. Of course, the really horrible feature of MM's singing is her pronunciation of the letter: "R", as is common among French singers. In MM this is relentless, and it is why I have to limit my listening to her. Even a harmless word like: "aujourd'hui" gets the treatment. An interesting feature of this recording is that the orchestration is rather austere, I thought. Nothing serious, but unusual. As for MM herself, she walks out onto the stage by an exaggerated crossing of the legs with each footstep. I thought she was going to trip over her own feet! But if you are only five feet tall, I guess the high heels are necessary, in order to reach the microphone. And she is in need of a haircut. Where DID she put that pudding basin? I am not always mean to MM. For instance: I think her "Bravo ... ... ... " is far better even than the original Swedish/English version.
