Unmesh, I'm Rodcan with my "large last name". Thank you really really very much for making this video with my photo and with your advices. With your videos you are always learning and with this one I learnt about Spot Healing + Hold Shift Key. Amazing tip. I really enjoy street photography and wires are always my nightmare. It's a privilige for the that you selected one of my photos and showed my IG. Thank you again!! You rock!!! cheers from Buenos Aires
Gracias por hacer esa pregunta Marcelo, no tenia idea de como aplicar bien el segundo metodo que explicó. Por cierto muy buena foto, saludos desde Buenos Aires también ;)
This person taught me so much I not even learnt in my photography Institute where i almost invest 2lakh. Thank you so much for giving us such a amazing photoshop classes 🙏
@@abgrafix If it's a completion and the stipulation is you can't add things, you sure are welcome to use the healing tool and tinker with it. If it's that one annoying friend that expects you to edit his photos, just because you know photoshop, you might probably wanna go with the second method. The solution is condition based.
Unmesh, another tricky way to get rid of those wires would be to select the entire sky including the wires, then use the color range selection tool to only select the wires as they are much darker than the sky, expand selection by say 10 pixels and then use content aware fill. I have used that method in the past with success.
I've watched a lot of vids on photoshop in order to do minor work on photos and I appreciate all the help I have gotten from those videos, but this was one of the most concise and straight forward demo's I have seen, and you saved me a ton of time with this particular skill. Assumed I was going to have to spend hours to clean up a photo with lines in it and I finished in 5-10 minutes thanks so much! I look forward to watching more of your videos! Thanks again!
Another option that seems to work if you want to keep the original sky on your photo is to use Dust & Scratches filter. After you apply the filter, use a black mask to hide the effect and just paint white with a small brush over the wires
Among all the videos, this takes the trophy for holding the best audio background. XD Beethoven to GTA. And the fun part is every beat made the video even more entertaining. Great job!
Nice result. What you can do with something like this is first run a high pass filter, after which the lines are likely to stand out quite clearly. Then use a mid tone based range selection with little or no fizziness on the result to effectively select the lines, inverting if necessary. Grow the selection a few pixels for safety and run a content aware fill. Content aware is so good that if the selection was made successfully, a good result can come out.
After watching this video, I learnt a thing that when you in hard situation like this, you need to choose what have to keep and what can replace like sky in this photo. Somthing can replace without effect to whole image.
this is a good episode, its like the saying i wont give you the fish i not only teach you how to fish i will show you the most efficient way to obtain your fish
It's so fun to see your content better and better. I'm not saying it was boring before but now it's so much better with good humor and editing and I can learn so much from these while entertaining myself. Love your content man
I don't know graphic design but the way you record your videos is impressive! I've been making videos myself too and the transition in your videos is just awesome!
Simply brilliant and mind-boggling. I follow your videos although i use gimp for the cost factor. Just a suggestion from a 50 plus admirer...if you could include the sample files with the video, young students could practice the techniques taught by you, using them.
Photoshop's content aware tools have come such a long way. I remember even just with CS5 in 2010 the content aware was dodgy at best whereas now it's almost perfect (in many cases). And I don't know if anyone else noticed but in the 2020 update the content aware and selection tools got a lot better, at least I feel they did.
Your channel is just absolutely great. One solution which might help with wires is a duplicate layer with Dust & Scratches filter applied on. Then hide with mask and then paint over the cables.
