Japanese master chef Masaharu Morimoto is acknowledged as one of the most inventive forces in Asian cuisine, and he has chosen The Landing at Disney Springs as the venue for his very first “Pan-Asian” restaurant.
Morimoto Asia offers an entirely new dining experience for Guests, including unique exhibition kitchens that provide behind-the-scenes views into traditions like Peking duck carving and dim sum. The restaurant’s massive, 2-story interior includes glittering 20-foot-long chandeliers, Shanghai-influenced lounges, private dining spaces and a second-level sushi bar and lounge.

Morimoto Asia is a must do for me on any Disney trip. Whether you go for the Ramen at lunch or something fancy at dinner it's all good.
Correction I Have Had Duck Before in a Bao Bun That I forgot about But this was the first time I’ve ever had it prepared like this and it was 100 times better!
We smoke ducks every year for Thanksgiving that are flavored with our secret seasoning. They are amazing!!

My girlfriend and I went here and ordered the same duck dish as well as getting the A5 wagyu beef. They cook it table side on a hot stone and it was the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Cannot wait to go back.

Have been waiting for the slow motion to make a return, it's been a while, glad to see it back. Thought it was coming on the first bite of duck, but no, then you totally got me on the wrap.
We went to Morimoto’s Asia last year when we were there on vacation. I got the Peking duck, it was so good. There was so much food I had to bring it back to the resort. The whole week we were there I went to Gideon’s and got a peanut butter cold brew every day. So worth the calories. I’m so glad Gracey liked the duck.

This building was the old Mannequins dance club when area was called Pleasure Island. My wife & I went often in the 1990s. It was known for its rotating dance floor. I can picture the old inside when you showed the big interior shot.
I like how Gracie was not sure of the roasted duck prepared by a Iron Chef Legend. She did finally enjoy your treat.

We tired Morimoto Asia for the first time in December. It was our favorite meal of the trip. We tried many different things, all of them so good!
I love duck...I first had it when I was about ten, and have had it a lot of ways since. I agree it reminds me a little of turkey. Orange sauce is best.
My husband and I do Morimotos every time we visit. Would love more videos trying different restaurants, especially Disney Springs.

So happy to see you went to Morimotos. Our favorite restaurant in Disney springs When you go back you have to try the ribs the wagu and some of the dim sum 😋.
I just went to Morimoto at Disney Springs last week! I've been to the one in Philly, too, which has a really nice lounge if you just want to chill and eat sushi. Originally I was going to take my daughter to T-Rex (we were there for a long mommy-daughter weekend) but she told me she wanted to do "fancy" things while we were there. Luckily I snagged an opening at Morimoto! She had the duck ramen and I just grabbed a sushi roll and some pork dumplings. All of it was very yummy. 😋

Nate, you gotta try my whole roast duck. Yes, you are right, duck is naturally greasy but it’s so delicious. Duck is my wife and I’s favorite meat in the world. We are also new Floridians about 2 hours from WDW! We will try this out at Morimoto’s soon! He is one of my favorite chefs.

One of the best places to try A5 wagyu. 2-3 ounces a person is more than enough. Very very rich. And absolutely incredible.
My all time favorite restaurant at DS. We always make early evening reservations and sit in tte balcony, Always an unforgettable dining experience. So worth it.

Morimoto Asia is amazing! You should try Jaleo next time you’re in the Springs. Everything they serve is amazzzzzzing! And they have a salt air margarita made with Mediterranean sea salt that is sooooo good

Morimoto looked like an interesting restaurant. I have never tried duck but, I have heard that it is a greasy meat. I love seeing you visit Disney Springs since I have not been able to visit WDW for 2 yrs now. Hopefully that will change soon. Thanks Nate. Have your Mom and sister made new plans to return soon? The first time I tried duck was at Sanaa in the Animal Kingdom lodge and is delicious.Very fatty for sure and I got the bread service there with all the different spreads and a sangria. I remember that dinner fondly 😃 😋

My family was there in December while visiting from Texas and really liked Morimoto. I ordered the shumai (love the caviar on it) and ribs, plus some amazing unfiltered sake. I normally dislike duck but may try the it next trip. I heard it is very good with the sauce wrapped in the tortilla. Looks like you liked that, too.

I love duck with crispy skin. I like the brown sauce - very tasty. I don’t remember the red apricot sauce. I know you’re suppose to use pancakes to make wrap but I prefer straight duck and veggies are so clean and crisp. Sake is nice with duck. Doctor says no to rice and sticky rice deserves at least a bite. 😊

I've never been a fan of Peking Duck but my parents used to love ordering it. i'm so glad you had a chance to try such a wonderful restaurant, especially since it was your first time trying the dish. I would love to visit Morimoto and after your vlog it's definitely on my Disney bucket list. I would have had such a difficult time leaving the store without the Baymax Jersey....it was so cool. It was so cute to see Gracie eat the duck....she must have been in heaven.

I love Peking Duck, so I enjoyed watching you trying it. In Chinatown NY they put the pancake on a plate and then brush some hoisin sauce on the pancake. The dark sauce is the hoisin sauce. Then they put duck on the sauce, then a piece of duck skin, then the spring onion and cucumber.. Then roll it up. Eat the rice separately. I was surprised the waiter didn't make one for you to try it the traditional way.. We love your videos. Next time I'm in Orlando I'll have to try that restaurant. Your video makes it look fantastic. Great Job!

I’ve only had duck twice but enjoyed it. It was on the seasonal menu of an Italian restaurant served with wild rice, almonds & a sweet cherry sauce (almost like cherry pie filling). Love seeing the ducks in Morimoto’s windows- reminds me of Chinatown in NYC!
