Not quite. Both of them lost all family. Vincenzo lost his mother (twice!), his adoptive parents were killed, his mafia father died too. Chayoung lost both of her parents. Her mother died earlier from a disease

They healed hearts they didnt even break and sacrificed for eachother

Losing their parents - with Chayoung having a hurtful last conversation with her father and living in regrets because of that (If I can something in the drama - would like to see Chayoung's perspective even for a little bit). She's not only smart and beautiful, but she's really assertive and perceptive like she knows Ms Oh was Vincenzo's based on her interactions with Vincenzo and Ms Oh. 2:39 that moment is one of my fav moment in the drama. Small detail but it leaves a big impression imo. Maybe it will be hard for me to move on from this drama because rewatching it makes me discovered so many details that I miss out on my first watching. And with IV from the casts about adlib scenes make my heart flutters. :D

They can have long distance relationship. Some people say that it's sad because they couldn't see their happy life together, marriage, kids. Also some people can think they will never meet again because they are too different and can't live together in one place too long. But what I think - it's always an opportunity. When it's a true love and people destined to be together, they will be, will find a way. That's what I'm thinking. Btw I'd love to see season 2 too. Still can't get over them 🥺💞

As a old and kind man , everyday he copes with injustice, rapacity, and rottenness in this world as well as compunction to his wife , he suffers a lot (much more than her) . she 's just selfish and her ego is too high to understand anything. Not only did she not want to understand, but she also hurt her father. she blames him for her mother's dead. If u are really a profound person, u would understand what really caused her mom's death. Omg!! now i dont like her even more, all she cares about is her own loneliness and pain
