2024 was a blessing. I completed 1 full year at sysco Foods atlanta 💪. I wanted to see how much I made to determine if it's worth it. The numbers are in. In 2024 at sysco, I made $111k. I prolly couldn't have made closer to 120k. We got our new contract in April which boosted our pay and with o.t we was bussin. Vacation and some call outs played a part to. When I first started In 2023 my seniority was 227, now I'm number 85. High turnovers are still a thing. But it's a Stable, good paying physical job. Keeps you in shape and allowed me to make some moves out side of sysco. 2025 up next

Thanks Tay. A lot of men in general but specifically black men unfortunately don’t prioritize getting physicals/check ups regularly. Not realizing that early detection can prevent many diseases from developing into something life threatening.
