28 minutes hard to go into details. What we are referring is that the IaC tools like terraform can be replaced by using kubernetes controller to provision the infrastructure for the applications, infrastructure like s3 or rds database as examples

From my experience, Ultimately, dev has to own their decisions as they should be managing the app after go live. ‘Coming to the table” to discuss everything consumes a lot of payroll and does not scale well.
