#Replay - Hello from Simi Valley, CA (So Cal). I just "stumbled" across your technique classes and I LOVE them... it's great to have these all in one place!
@@pattystamps I tried it! Took several tries. I used an old poly set of snowflakes from SU. If I pressed too hard it filled in the scoring line…not hard enough and I had missing spots. I would have used stamparatus but I had it set up for a card class. I shared my good fronts done up and got a lot of likes. I’ll share your utube video.
This was super duper easy! Much easier than when I was shown a technique with the same name back in 2005 or 2006. We had to cut out all the tiles I definitely like this better thanks so much for sharing 😊
Okay you amazed me again !! Never seen this technique before . I love this and it's easy. So glad you added a Christmas one too. I'm going to try this as soon as you post the pdf. And have fun on stage.
Patty - Congratulations on your Stampin Up Achievements! Well deserved. 👏💞 Have fun at your Stampin Up on Stage Event. 🌻This a great look on Cards. I had heard of it but not saw it done nor tired it. Thank you for sharing with us. 👏👏👏💞💐🌻
I photograph at my stamping desk and use either 12x12 paper or a faux woodgrain backdrop. The 12x12 paper is usually a SU DSP piece and the bigger packdrops are from HQbackdrops . com

I think I like the technique on the basic white more!
So glad you liked it!
Hello Mary, how are you doing?
I have a ton of the glossy paper in my stash. I think the glossy would look more "tile" like.
Yes, I agree.. that's what I was mentioning in my video. Have fun trying it!
I have done this years ago. We used Very Vanilla as the base and lightly sponged Soft Suede over it after stamping. Looked very vintage.
Oh yes, I thought about adding that.. that would look great! Thanks for the reminder!
I have not tried this technique before and I am excited to try it. These cards are all so unique and beautiful. Thank you
Thank you Kathy!!

So happy you enjoyed it Roxane!!
I love your book can you give a quick description of it I would love to make one for myself!
You can use versamark all over the image after you stamp then cover with clear embossing powder for a high gloss tile look.
That would be an awesome idea!!

????? Love the technique % on your blue thank you card, did you use the Label Me Fancy punch?
Watching replay
Thank you for watching!
Do you think the score blade on the trimmer would make deep enough grooves?
You can try it.. it wasn't deep or wide enough on mine.
Y love it’s
Hi Patty! Thanks for a new technique! Could you do this with DSP, or would it go thru the paper?
You can score DSP, I've made tons of projects with scored DSP, but, the lines will not be white.
Love this.
Patty what setup/background do you use in photographing your cards?
I photograph at my stamping desk and use either 12x12 paper or a faux woodgrain backdrop. The 12x12 paper is usually a SU DSP piece and the bigger packdrops are from HQbackdrops . com
Really cool! #replay
Never tried it.
