Cash App Savings Terms of Service says:
"You will retain 89.11% of the interest paid by our partner bank related to funds held in your Savings Balance if you are a Cash Card customer and you have received at least $300 in Qualifying Direct Deposits in the preceding calendar month." so you don't get the full 4.5%
