Experiencing the same thing, bought ring light and mount from amazon, but the mount is not working as i thought. Now both the products are cannot be returned although they are new (returning within 24Hrs).
Now looking forward to resell it a camera studio near my location, I hope they buy it from me.

I brought a electronic product and it was a defective piece. The review is good everything is good but the only thing is that the product is it damaged internally. Now I can't return it nor I can replace it sitting in my home. Now this policy charge sucks, it's better to move to offline purchase. Online purchase only is advantageous only if you get discounts.
