Can you tell me how do you make your "slide" ? I see just one note so I don't understand how is it possible :/

I used the "Channel Pitch" setting on the piano roll. At the top where you normally see "Velocity", click it and choose "Channel Pitch". It might take a little while to get the hang of it.
