One of my sisters had it (not sure if it was that year specifically though), and it came with pointe shoes, so you could easily spin your doll.

I dunno what CC creators have against natural-looking brown and blonde shades of hair, but I feel bad complaining about free CC lol. I just wish there weren’t so many cute hairs only available in pastel colors 😭

I love that they are bringing it out in Barbies and on different games, they even have a book about it. I think this is educating people more and I don’t feel like I’m getting as many weird looks . Not going to lie, the first hair Syd downloaded for Totally Hair Barbie reminded me of those dress up game ads where the main character stinks and her hair is super long and she’s covered in mud. 😂😂 I’m so glad she didn’t use that one!
Barbies body really isn't that unrealistic though tbh. Like her waist is definitely tiny, but I look like that in shapewear. She was released as a "teen model" character so she has a model-esque body. It's certainly more exaggerated sometimes, and those times it does become unrealistic. But in general most of them are just a tall slim fit build

Fun facts about some of the ‘favourites of each year’ outfits that might not be obvious with just the photos The day-to-night outfit was a suit like you see in the photo that could reveal/transform into a gown And the color magic barbie’s hair (and I think clothes?) would change color with warm water

I use the sim resource for my cc and even with the search function being a Tad wonkie as they work some things out with it, if you email them they'll send you a link to the old search function which works just fine. I dunno if they have any controversy or anything but I've found them very helpful
