Spoken Spanish words and vowels. Like "mi hija" is "mija"and "la abuela" is "labuela" "mi amigo" is "mimigo". That vowel connected speech is why English speakers can read Spanush but not understand spoken words due to connected words. So I'm told.
You shouldn't feed the wildlife, and you should put out your fire before going to bed (at least you should if you want to stay alive). Other than that, good story and very helpful.
Great to fall asleep, however : how do you think how someone who doesn't know the words is supposed to understand the first part without translation and the second one, why would I repeat the translation? And finally, this isn't vocabulary a beginner needs.
I’ve also read that the Spanish speaker sounds flat. Don’t agree. She sound perfect to me. The English speaker however, way over-enunciates words and sounds like he is talking down to 4-year olds. Goes to show how much tastes vary I guess.
They both sound AI but very human-like. Having said that, I still like it especially because English is my third language and hearing it said slow and standard (not Jersey ;) gives my brain time to learn and allows me to focus on the meaning right away.

I agree the content is not for beginners. I’ve been studying for many years and its about right for me.
I've been trying to write spanish stories for beginners and it's harder than you'd think. The stories are either too hard or boring.
