his compliments are also fake.
First of all it his job to be interested in every person that comes onto his show. Regardless, he does an amazing job as a late night show host (*cough* a meer 17 million Subscribers)!!! So even if he they are fake sometimes, at least he is always nice to his guests and tries his best to have a genuine interest in their work.
