When I was only began exploring sonic's fanbase I always liked SonAmy ships. But later I realized that ShadAmy ships looks more romantic than SonAmy ones.
I'm not necessarily a huge follower of this ship, per say. Regardless, I do full heartedly believe that Shadow has a soft spot for Amy. She reminds him of Maria. Maria was full of life and love, just like Amy is. Shadow would do anything to protect that. Even do something as stupid as attending a boy band concert with her. If it would make her happy, he'd do it.
