    Thank you for this video and teaching me something new. I followed your easy and clear instructions and my sails came out beautifully! They are translucent and the perfect effect I wanted for the cake I am making. I made blue isomalt shards and thought I would prefer the glass look but the rice paper sail surprised me with their ethereal quality.

    I love your video! How did the whipped cream hold up when presenting the cake? Did it make the cake mushy or did it stay firm and like it looked here?

      Thank you so much 😊. I frost all my cakes with whipped cream cake. And before placing any decorative items on the cake I make sure it is chilled minimum for 3-4 hrs in the refrigerator

    Did you use any tylose powder for your fondant? How do you keep your cake after you are done with the decorations to prevent the fondant melt?

      Yes i use tylose powder for my fondant decoration. I chilled my cake for atleast 4-5 hrs in the fridge before I place my fondant accents on the cake.

    1) Pls share Air Brush Machine brand.
    2) Won’t the rice paper sail get softened once inserted in the cake coz of the moisture inside it ?
    3) In this humid weather, how the white chocolate be stiff to hold the edible sheet toppers ?

      No if those rice papers are dried completely then they won't get softened easily

    mam my sails comes out from the cake after some time they won't stick to the cake .. even in standing position they just begin to lay down after some time .. why so?

      Hi whenever u make rice paper sails on cake u have to make sure they r completely dry before placing on the cake.

      Yes u can make them a day before and store them in a air tight container and before the cake delivery place them on the cake

    Can we keep the cake in Fridge with Rice Paper Sail...?? Will the Ricepaper become soggy and loosen its shape or it will stay Firm ??

      No it won't become soggy if u dry them properly. And it will stay good for 2-3 hrs in the fridge. More than that it might get soggy
