Papa Jooho is amazing... He was never once impatient or frustrated at Jinwoo. Anna and Jooho are incredibly empathetic parents; most parents would either not allow their child to try because it's easier to do it yourself than to clean up any potential messes, and even if they did, it's next level patience to know that your child has a love for spilling water, and yet allowing them to spill it again and again because "it's okay, we can always clean up". They're role models for parents across the world.

When children are still learning how to pour water, use forks, etc of course they will create messes. If parents can accept the extra cleaning now, in the near future when kids already have the skills and are able to do everything for themselves the parents will have free hands to do what they want. It's a long-term strategy - they sacrifice comfort at the moment for comfort in the future. Kids become independent and prepared for situations when their parents are not with them too. My aunt (we are Asians) was still feeding my cousin when he was already in primary school. So yeah when I have my child I know to follow Anna and Jooho's parenting style instead of my own family's haha
