Like, when you even not thinking about “everything will end up as failure” but “I just completely tired and don't care anymore”. I have a bunch of really 🤔 like stories about pursuing relationships - and about life making crazy and exciting turns out of nowhere like no movie can show.
What I mean is there is /something/ waits in future. You don't know, no one knows. And you have no deadlines. So, take your time for a recovery but don't mark yourself as hopeless or something like that. You're funny, charming and a handsome guy: and you'll definitely will find your man (or he will find you - as it was with my current bf).

On your closing remarks, I think you should be proud (especially as an introvert) of yourself for the effort you put into putting yourself out there! Exactly this is just getting desperate I'm sorry, for a year or two he's been looking for a guy non stop from meeting strangers in random parking at night to having a random guy sleepover 😵💫 do you know how many people got offed that way ? I’m 25 and all my dates and relationships have been a disaster. I kinda gave up for a bit, and did exactly what you did with a girl who had barely any interest in me after our date. BUT I kept my hopes up and I’m going on a date with a girl I’ve been vibing with on WhatsApp for 8 months and I’m so nervous and excited I might be too boring for her. She’s very out and about and I’m…I do drawing streams. So like. Aaa idk. The moral of the story is wearing your heart on your sleeve is fine, but just make sure you don’t lose hope when one thing fails.

Watching this, I started thinking that maybe LS guy was also paying attention to you during the speed dating, and he could've noticed your reactions to things and how you didn’t seem interested in other guys. That’s what I'd do because of the F in my INFJ lol. We're very observant of other's feelings, which can get overwhelming for an introvert in group settings, but I'd get a feel for how my potential partners behave in certain situations before moving forward with them. It’s kind of a self-defense mechanism for weeding out the people who could hurt me, let's me know who I can be my true self with.
