I was today years old when found that the this music, which is loved in Maranhão-Brazil, is made by Maddox Ssmatimba. I dont know why all referecences that we have here says this music is from Marck Chuann. Thats sad because, just maybe, Maddox never had the chance to show his art to our people who loves his songs.
Its even harder to find that the music so called "The reggae island anthem" here on my city, that has is called reggae island, is devoted to Mark too when it should be to Maddox. I'm talking about Munnakialu. The passion song.
From here I'll advise every friend of mine that the songs we remember when we look to our best past moments are from a Uganda's guy and he is very talented.
Tks for the video. If you could provide the translate lirycs to english of Omukwano and Munnakialu I'll do my best to make the real Maddox's message arrive at every heart in Maranhão.

I really like this song. In my country Brazil, there is a state called Maranhão that plays a lot of reggae! And this reggae is very reminiscent there! Maranhão is a piece of Africa in Brazil!
