  • The Honest Bunch is an audio-visual podcast that focuses on discussing real millennial and Gen Z issues with no holds barred.
There are 4 main personalities on the show - Nedu, Husband Material, Deity Cole, and Ezinne. The cast members bring their unique individual personalities and wit to the show. Occasionally, a guest is brought on to share opinions on topics tailored to their experiences, interests, or personalities.
At Honest Bunch, we are telling original Nigerian realities from the lens of the youth.
The show is stupendously funny, inconceivably revealing, somewhat shocking, and yet unequivocally informative.

I voted for Buhari in 2011 under CPC & 2015 under APC and i later saw that my decision to vote him was a mistake on my part but till this day I've not gone to delete my post on Facebook where i campaigned for him bcuz i have to be accountable for my decisions even if that decision turns out to be a mistake. He does not portray himself as a big boy; instead, he carries a lot of responsibilities, taking care of both his immediate and extended family. Sometimes, people misquote and judge him based on their own perceptions, forgetting that we all have our own views about life. I must admit Mr Seyi Spoke very reasonably on this podcast but it still doesn't take away from the fact that I lost a lot of respect for him. A lot!
We all have the right to support who we support, but how do you support someone who avoided every opportunity to sell his manifesto but decided instead to dance at campaign rallies? Truth and revelations were exposed about this person and the basis of your support for him was that he did what he was elected to do as governor whether or not in his doing it he had a personal interest. (I don't hold that against You, Mr Seyi, because we have suffered so much in Nigeria such that when an elected person does any work, we see it as a favour to us his constituents)
One can't be that blind to reason and objectivity seeing how the APC ran the elections and still decides to support a candidate that sanctioned those actions. NOOOOOOO IT WILL BE VERY HARD FOR ME TO SEE YOU IN BETTER LIGHT.
You talk about speaking from an informed position, how much of that did your candidate do? Instead he made fun of a person who devoted time and resources to getting data to support governance, your candidate made fun of him saying 'na data we go chop?
what were his antecedents before the elections.
If you came out and said, my supporting him was a mistake, I wld respect that.
I used to respect you Sir but pls don't insult our small intelligence.

That is because you are have little knowledge of Nigeria political history. Tinumbu learnt from the mistakes of Pa Awolowo, that's why he adopted town hall model of campaign. That is what is needed, particularly in the north. How many of them will watch TV debate that you the educated ones, who may not even come out to vote on election day watch? My brother, you missed the point o, the man didn't avoid debate because debate doesn't win elections.Strategy does.

PA Awolowo? A lot of difference. For the sake of relevance you want to attach Tinubu to a Yoruba leader per excellence. We know how he built university in the south west with the proceed of what he generated and how he developed the region and the unity he brought . Don’t even bring Tinubu in when Awolowo is being discussed. Not even MKO or Lateef Jakande. Tinubu is ranked low pls

I agree with Seyi Law that people should talk from a place of knowledge. However, Seyi Law's summit on the development of Lagos as the reason he supports Tinubu is from a place of extreme ignorance. He is completely ignorant of what economic advancement and strategic political leadership should look like. An average Lagosian cannot afford to rent or own land on Lagos Island, yet you see that as a sign of economic advancement? that is ignorance. The same Lagos island with no water, no good drainage system, transport system, bad electricity, toll gates etc.? Is that the kind of advancement you see in the UK?

In US and Uk and every part of the world, there are places that average persons cant stay, that doesnt mean they are not advanced. Life has given us different level, staying in your level doesnt mean you are not doing well. If you can't afford to stay on some parts on the Island, then stay on the mainland and dat doesnt make you a failure or make the goverment a failure, not everyone can afford everything. Thanks

@@adeolafasanya9698 So, how is that going with Nigeria. Have you ever heard Americans and British referring to that as an example of progressive leadership that deserves reelection? I am not living in Nigeria and over the past years, I have lived in France, the UK, Denmark and Germany as an Expatriate. And I can tell you two things? 1. The most socially responsible countries do not allow such huge disparity - You can work on Lagos island for 5 years and would never be able to own a property there. 2. Even where average people stay, basic amenities like water, good roads, electricity, etc. are always available in abundance. Your mentality is the same as that of the majority in Nigeria and that is why the country will keep suffering and things are only just getting started. Peace

His opinion carries weight as a public figure and it is expected that decisions that would foster the growth of our nation would be well thought out. In elementary high-school social studies, we learnt about qualities of a good leader, and in all honesty, Tinubu would not meet those basic requirements.

We all know the only presidential candidate that used statistics to convey his message to Nigerians is Peter Obi and people fact checked him n found out he was right. Your own presidential president never engaged us in any meaningful conversation instead insulting other candidates and fooling around on campaign grounds with slur speaking and all that.
