Did you tried undervolting gpu and cpu?

Undervolted 1000mv on my 6800xt junc tenp is at 75-80C for CPU -30 all cores in PBO2 75-80C not much diff probably bec its an x3d cpu and im uaing a low profile cooler.. no thermal throttling on both

Kapag naglalaro ako using my ZZAW C2 mATX ng Horizon Forbidden west at high settings my temps are around 110C sa GPU and 90C sa CPU (can feel the throttling).
When using this case - s400... same game same settings thermals went down to 85-90C for GPU and 75-85C for CPU.
