Sharp tongues can do such damage and hurt. Truly, I am slow to anger, and it has NEVER been my intention, to hurt anyone, anyway, but I am far from perfect and, in the heat of the moment… With age comes wisdom and the knowledge that, other than life and death situations, cruelty, injustice and our deep beliefs, nothing else is really worth getting hung-up about. Jesus lost His temper in the Temple, but I can’t think of any other time He lost control of Himself. But then, Jesus is unique, and we are human beings (thankfully, saved ones), and should always try to follow His perfect example, endeavouring, in all things, to hold our tongues and think before we speak, because of the damage our tongues can do to others and, in the process, ourselves. Such a great reminder of a Devotional, dear Dave. Thank you! 🤗 Chris. Hope you are having a blessed day. ✨✨🙏🏼👑🙏🏼✨✨
