I have the same philosophy as you, I try to DIY as much as I can. It is the only way I can afford to own a Ferrari. My approach to all my repairs is to do as much on my own, but always ready to tow the car to a professional to finish if needs be. So far I have not needed to bring my 360 to a mechanic.
That pump noise that you hear when you open the door is not the fuel pump, it's the F1 transmission pump priming the shifting system.

I last took it to a shop to do the heat exchange. I NEED to get my videos posted. Been a rough year…
