Love the grandmother. She's a star stellar! Hoping we have this kind of show in MY
Is a great blessing to hve a mama.... Treasure as much time wif her when she stil around..... I miss my mama alot.... Even tho she left me for almost 4 decades.... Her smile n her compassion is 4ever in my memory...
Kalau ada jarung yang pata
Jagan simpan di dalam peti
Kalau ada urmo yang panjang
Boleh la kita bejumpa lagi
Tbh both of them are trying very hard to mend this relationship which is great! Especially granddaughter!
My grandmother was the only person who showed me love and affection in my family. So many times I've wished she were here and miss her dearly.
This is a good coverage illustrating the pains of generation gap. I enjoyed that they both are able to bridge the gap by introducing peranakan history and culinary, and technology to each other. It is awesome they cleared the air and able to understand each other better.
Y'all need to chill out, she's just 12 and she's still learning!
The reason why she hates her grandma so much it's because the lacking communication between them
I'm sure she'll appreciate more after learning so much about her grandma
I mean, stop giving so many negative comments tho, I was disrespectful to my grandparents as well when I was young. It's because they scolded me all the time, as time goes on, I start to know they're teaching manners and now I sayang them a lot!
Giver her some times guys :)
12's not an excuse for such behavior towards...
Haha this video is quite funny. Simorrah seems really smart with the way she talks and she find ways to bond with her grandma. The ending was really sweet and cute too!!
This grandchild is so ungrateful. She need to respect the elder.
u probably didnt watch the hold video
@@evancki Whole you mean. Yes, agree. Good and happy ending. But I find Simmorah speaks a bit too well and with an accent. Hmmmmmmm.......
My family would hands down slap me if i behave like her.
Singapore is so diverse , it boggles my mind looking at how different and the same these people are.
Why all the criticism towards Simorrah?? You can visibly see throughout the video, how she grew to be more respectful and understanding towards her grandma. She's just a pre-teen in this video, and prob going through puberty too, she even stated she can be moody sometimes lolol that's self-awareness on her part.
Ok lah she was a tad rude in the beginning in terms of her speech and behaviour, especially when she rolled her eyes. But this is also bc there is a lack of communication and miscommunication between them.
Towards the middle and the end of the video, you could see that because both of them talked it out at the lunch place, they had a better understanding towards one another and both actively made efforts to communicate with one another. Simorrah was also much more respectful to her grandma as the video progresses.
Really like this video :)) I wish I could be close to my grandmothers too, however they only speak dialect fluently and some mandarin chinese and both my grandfathers have passed too. I'm trying to learn dialect rn so that I can speak with my grandmas, but I really envy people who can have full-length conversations with their grandparents. So if you have this fortune, don't waste it! Get close to your grandparents, we really have a lot to learn from them!
Periodtt
‘i’m naturally a quiet person.’
also her: talking to camera ‘ i’m not excited. periodt’
Hahaha I like her personality!!
Aiyo why so rude to grandma? She should learn how to appreciate her own grandma. Then in the future when her grandma is no longer around, she will be full of regrets...
That Girl is an actress on whoopie's world (an television program on Okto)
True i salute
It's sweet when Simorrah turns around and held out her hand for her grandma....when getting up the van. Despite her being a typical 12 year old.
The child is adopted yets she isnt grateful... to me she is a plain spoiled brat... because she is adopted her she got showered with love by her parents getting a phone and an ipad yet she isnt grateful at all... haizzz...
Kay Sheen E idiot if u ain’t gonna spread happiness then don’t fill the world with hate
That girl is so rude like where are your manners?! plus you're adopted so please respect your grandma and be grateful that they took you in man like you'll be in the streets if they didn't adopt you
이린유 she’s just 12 years old no need to be mean la auntie
Hahaha ya loh auntie
Oh hell no if someone adopted me and expected me to be grateful and not have my moments, I'm gonna be a big bitch! You don't use that against anyone as if they owe someone a debt! She's a preteen, so she's gonna have her bitchy moments! Also love how she's rude yet her parents who do nothing about it are what exactly? They raised her!
I was raised by my grandma and I love her so much so watching this makes me sad
4 mins in and when the girl said it’s so cringy I thought yeah, she’s really cringy🙃 show some respect for your grandma, girl
6:52 its reaction time! L0L
Nice story. :) We should love our grandmothers :)
this girl is so damn rude
Shit up you dont know this girl in person in person shes rlly great u bish
Ariel Liong
I agree i salute you
@@Oreobiscuit-qq3uk You can't even spell properly, yet you bash on other people. Learn how to spell before comment. Simorrah is rude just like you. She is adopted, she should be more grateful and respectful to the adopted family.
Victoria Kitty she/he just might not want to spell it properly and doesn’t want to say the b-word
the grandchild is so rude if i talked to a ederly like that the will slap my face with a straight face
The girl is really mature for her age!!! Im sure their relationship will get better as she grows up!
Mature 😂 are u sure?!
Idk.. This grandchild is really disrespectful. My parents would prolly slap and beat me if I ever treat my grandmother like this. As our grandparents grow older, they may start getting annoying. However dont forget, when we were babies and all.. They was the one tending to us most of the time when our parents are busy working.
She's talking about being polite to call Nancy kakak but not filial enough to talk to her grandma nicely. :)
Totally like me hahaha but when I realise it, I learn to appreciate it more. Girl you need to respect your grandmother, I know how you feel about, I know sometimes is annoying and frustrating, but just try to talk more with your grandmother. 😊 Learn to care more , learn to be patient 😊😊😉👍
I found the granddaughter so annoying. She has to wake up to the real world and realise the world doesn't revolve around her.
The way is she said period
@@qinxuanlow ikr!
After watching Simorrah, I am reconsidering my plans to adopt.
18:30 when muscially was still alive haha
i hope she respect her grandma more after this time
The first child was exhibiting very spoiled entitled child
Grandma u r so sweet..simonnah when ur 12 and someone is 30 and above u call them Aunty not Kakak 😂😂😂
Kakak seems better than calling then aunty. Aunty would usually be for 'old' people so I think the person she called kakak appreciates it as well.
Did anyone watch the full video?
damnnnn. By the way this girl is treating her grandmother. Even though the handshake thing is cringy, she don't have to be so rude about it. If I treat my grandparents the same way she treats her grandma, I'd be dead by now!!
Proud to be Peranakan
She is a future boss of a big company. Amazing girl 👧🏻 very strong willed and commanding.
NO GAY
Frr her future looks bright!
Omg does the kid knows how to respect ? One day if the grandma is gone she will regret -.-
This coming together was beautiful! I learned a few things myself! #Grandmaofmany🇺🇸
Such a sweet and happy ending. The storyline was probably scripted to a certain extent if not there is no "drama" to watch. Give Simorrah some slack. She is just a teenager & grandma was just grandma.
Please watch finish the video before commenting!
Honestly, this feels like Simmorah is acting and faking how she speaks
in school she actually speaks like that, honestly. but it's not as fake as in the vid
Little girl very vocal and assertive....😁
Your grandma won't be here with you for long time. Just spend sometime with her and have some patient.
heartwarming
Wow❤❤
Today child is so ungrateful and stubborn
The child is intelligent.
she needs to be more respectful. who the f does she think she is that she can simply talk back to her own grandma? if i was the girl's mom , she would be slapped so hard in the face
Simorrah is so impolite and ungrateful.
not to be rude but the handshake is really vv cringyy
But I'm glad they actually have one in their fam.. I don't even have a fam handshake.
It was quite funny haha especially with simorrah's reaction
I couldn't even finish watching the episode because the girl was such a bratty #!?#
lol on 6:51 Adi Fishman.
generally, things are changing and the generation gap is so real because they don't understand each other's generation. glad that things turn out well nonetheless!
De girl is taking advantage of chewing on chewing gum which is banned in Spore. Just hope that she knows how to dispose of it in Melaka/Malaysia. A lot of angst w dis girl.
Her fondness for grandstanding, self-serving mannerism and rude facial expressions at every turn make her very unappealing.
she really should be grateful... honestly i envy her. both my grandmas are bed ridden and how fun it would be if i could go out with them and have a proper conversation with them you knowZzz
Even me and my grandma has a better relationship than them
Just confiscated the phone.
If you watch the whole video it's a happy ending
Actually you are in the wrong since the person is older then you should call the person by auntie or Uncle on the cna
that is her grandmother. so u are telling me that u call ur grandparents untie or uncle
ughhhh i would kill to go on a road trip with my grandma
Simmorah is from whoopie world right
chloe._. jungkook yup

Why so biased??
Why is her accent so american
Fake accent

Pewdipi needs to react
What's up with the accent???
SNSD Sunny She’s Eurasian.
lvminous she is not Eurasian she is actually born as the 5th child of a Malay family from Malaysia but was adopted by a Singaporean family
Reaction time lamo
Bratttttt
Such bad manners. Wow.
Malacca? For bonding? For a teenager? Bloody boring place! Grandma better go stay in an old folks place, play mahjong. Teenager, go to parties, rock concerts, amusement parks, camping, motorcycle races, some excitement.
What are u implying? "grandma better go stay in a old folks place, play majong"? So you are saying that you want your children to leave you at an old folks home after they are all grown up as an working adults after u take care for them for the past 20+ 30+ year?
k cyq haha maybe he living in old folks home hehe
Parents want the children to be independent.
Parents should set an example themselves and be independent.
Grandparents should be independent. Move to old folks home to play mahjong sounds like a very independent thing to do.
I support
Honestly, this feels like Simmorah is acting and faking how she speaks
Yea she doesn't act liddat in person
@CarrotChowYT because I know her in person. Go to insta at oreo.sg1 and you will see pics of her and me. She is one of my good friends and she us acting as part of her career as an kid actress.
