This apartment is in downtown GZ it's 8K/ month however my previous apartment in Wuxi was only 4K/month. It's best to work with a realtor, they can help greatly.

Honestly, there are so many options. I would advise hiring a realtor if you are new to the area/country and especially if you are a foreigner. It will dave you a lot of stress and money in the long run.
