He is either lying, or more likely, he has no idea what he is talking about. Here is the info from a game I just played : 10898/63.66, 15368/50.75, 11936/56.42, 31069/52.98, 10276/59.23, 16604/51.77, 50119/54.91, 36081,53.26 where figure 1 is games played and figure 2 is win rate. In this game there was a player with 118 games and another with 1302. This happens all the time. You should be able to guess that the nub players got wiped out in a matter of seconds...
Almost 500 heavy, 300 TD and little less than 300 medium/light. God bless game modes. For me "normal" games are dead. I play little ratings, rest I play only modes. Edit: draw done, needed only a few battles, got Cromwell B and SU-122-44...
